OUR STORY
Epic Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was the vision of our founding partners.
It was their vision to build a boutique firm that could offer clients a true full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, providing insights in acquisitions/dispositions, planning, entitlement, site selection, construction/development, leasing and investment services. They understand that in today’s world you need a specialist who is keeping a finger on the pulse of the complicated and ever evolving marketplace. They don’t just help you buy and sell your real estate but provide invaluable advice on the transaction process itself.
At Epic we put the client’s needs first. Our advisory division becomes an extension of your team to provide specialized services including land acquisition and entitlements, finance, design phase management, pre-construction, construction, leasing, asset management, and investment services. We have the capability of directly assuming the role and responsibility of an in-house real estate team in its entirety or providing support for specific tasks within a deal. Our passion for what we do, our experience, and our relationships drive our clients’ businesses to new heights.

HEATH CHARAMUGA
PARTNER
Heath is the co-founder of Epic Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and oversees the brokerage operations. Prior to starting Epic, Heath has over 30 years working with international commercial real estate firms, Grubb & Ellis Company and Colliers International overseeing the institutional/private capital services platforms. He has been personally involved in over $2 billion in transaction volume.
Heath is active in his community, volunteering with Boy Scouts Troop 802, coaching swim and helping with the robotics team at Jesuit High School. Heath attended California State University, Sacramento where he received a bachelors degree in Business Administration; Real Estate and Land Use with a minor in Finance. He resides in Sacramento with his wife Katrina; they have three sons.
SCOTT LAEBER
PARTNER
Scott is the co-founder of Epic Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and has over 25 years of experience, collaborating with his clients providing solutions to complex real estate issues. Scott has worked with CBRE, TRI and Colliers International specializing in retail site selection and leasing and sales. He has the sophistication and experience needed when working with both regional and credit rated national tenants.
Scott is an active volunteer working with many area organizations and his children's athletic endeavors. Scott enjoys placing a yellow rain slicker on his dog, Emmitt and sharing long walks in the rain. He resides in Rocklin with his wife, Rose; they have three children.
STUART SNIDER
BROKER ASSOCIATE
Stuart Snider joined Epic Real Estate Advisors, Inc. after spending 33 years with Tiner Commercial, Core Commercial, TRI Commercial and Grubb & Ellis respectively. He began his career with Norris, Beggs & Simpson, then moved to Connolly Development of Sacramento as an in-house leasing agent for the firm’s eight Raley’s Supermarket anchored shopping centers in Northern California. He then joined Parker Stevenson Brokerage in Sacramento achieving ‘Top Broker’ designation in 1998.
Stuart graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Managerial Economics. He has an in-depth knowledge of major shopping centers and future retail developments in the Sacramento/Stockton/Modesto Metro Areas as well as the fast growing Foothills markets.
When not looking for the next site or tenant, he enjoys spending time with his family (wife, Lisa and daughters, Jane and Audrey), cooking, mountain and road biking, cooking, photography, camping, skiing and having a glass of wine.
GRANT DEARY IV
ASSOCIATE
Grant is a licensed agent with Epic Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and has been providing transaction and marketing assistance for the Epic team since 2023. Grant has worked directly under the supervision of our Partner, Heath Charamuga on multiple assignments over the years. He has now expanded his services offering his clients the same diligent work ethic with his insightful market expertise our Epic team has encountered.
Grant actively serves as a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Grant grew up in Sacramento, attended the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he received his degree. Grant and his family have a long history in Sacramento, building multiple area businesses that support our region.
Grant earned the rank of Eagle with area Troop 802, and continues to support other scouts on a similar path, volunteering to help on multiple Eagle projects. Grant is an avid hunter and enjoys sharing his experiences with others.
